Notice of the International Symposium on Libraries• Keeping Pace with the Times

The year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, and the 110th anniversary of the National Library of China as well. At this occasion, in order to further promote academic exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and to explore the development of librarianship in the new era, the National Library of China plans to hold an international symposium on libraries during September 9-10, 2019. Themed “Libraries - Keeping Pace with the Times”, the symposium will invite renowned experts and scholars at home and abroad to make keynote speeches and special reports, encouraging participants to conduct in-depth and extensive academic discussion on hot issues, research results, advanced concepts and cutting-edge technologies.
